- 2/3 c. nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 4 small cans of tuna in water, drained
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 15 oz. can of garbanzo beans (chick peas), rinsed and drained
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
